Discounts: I must pay any balance due on discounted tuition thirty (30) days prior to the course start date, or upon registration, whichever is later. If I fail to pay the balance of my discounted tuition in full by the date that applies, I will be responsible for the full basic tuition rate. Any outstanding balance must be paid before any written materials may be collected and not later than one week before the course begins.
Policies: I am entitled to a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, provided all written materials are returned unused and undamaged and written notice of withdrawal is received by Shemer Bar Review, LLC 30 days prior to the course start date. There can be no refunds thereafter. A $50 fee will be assessed for any late payments. A $25 fee will be assessed for dishonored checks. I understand that all materials, written, taped or otherwise, including lectures, provided by Shemer Bar Review, LLC are copyrighted. I agree that I will not duplicate, reproduce or electronically store them by any means or allow others to do so. Shemer Bar Review reserves the right to cancel courses, change course locations, alter schedules and make other changes.
