I found the Shemer Bar Review Course to be nothing
but the best for me. I spent some time studying with students who
did not take your course. When they saw my approach to studying,
they abandoned many of their study techniques and adopted mine.
Thanks again for all of your support. What is often a scary and
frustrating ride was made so much easier because of your approach
to bar preparation. I would have felt the same even if I had not
passed. I wanted to personally thank you for all of the
words of encouragement, all of the pep talks, all of the advice,
all of your hard work, all of the extra questions, all of the in-class
essays that I didn't feel like doing and you made us do, all of
the MBE questions (yes, all 1000 or so) you made us do and especially
all of the down time and rest that you encouraged us to take. I
know that I would not have... passed without your bar review course.
Thank you. I'd like to thank you, Neal, and all of the Shemer
faculty for such a positive and effective experience in preparing
for the exam. Your course of review and the essay strategies and
practice made all of the difference. On a more personal level, the
positive, friendly, supportive environment that you fostered throughout
the course really made the experience of bar review bearable (dare
I say, pleasant?). I think that the energy level that you and all
of the professors created really helped me to go the extra mile.
There is no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision in choosing
your course. Thanks again, and take care! I wanted to thank you and your staff for all of
your help in preparing me for the MD bar exam. I received a passing
score and was able to score high enough on that brutal MBE to waive
into DC. Your essay course is UNBEATABLE!! The riparian rights question
on the bar was straight from your samples. Thank you and I will
recommend your course to anyone willing to listen. I know there is no way I would have ever passed
the exam without the Shemer staff's expertise, candor, encouragement
and support. While your teaching of substantive law is excellent,
I don't think I could have gotten better guidance in exam taking
skills, study regimens, attitude and stress management. You all
are truly demystifying the Maryland Bar Exam. Thanks again, I'll
never forget the experience. I passed! Throughout the studying process, I was
in touch with friends who did not take your course and they were
so stressed, always asking me questions and having doubts. With
